  • Good eating habits- most underweight people have bad eating habits
  • Taking vitamin supplements and taking lots of beverages can aid underweight people gain weight.
  • Supplements may be taken but only after consulting your doctor.
  • Any change will be noticeable only when consistently followed. So regularisation of the weight gain programme is important.
